Jeffrey was born and raised in South Florida and received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. He is a shareholder with the law firm of Greenspoon Marder in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Jeffrey’s legal work is focused on defending clients in federal and state courts against lawsuits brought by regulatory bodies and government agencies.
Jeffrey will be speaking to you about the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (or TCPA) – a federal law that is of vital importance to credit repair businesses.
He will provide guidance about credit repair business use of text messages, telephone calls, and faxes to assure that their use complies with the TCPA.
Joshua Carmona
Joshua Carmona is founder and vice president of Score, Inc., a leading education, software and solutions provider to the credit repair industry. Mr. Carmona is also a co-founder of this highly acclaimed conference that pulls together so many of the leading names in consumer credit repair and finance. Victoria Mendez
Victoria Mendez, is employed by Score Inc. She earned a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Finance, and an A.A. in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Victoria is a Senior Data Processor with SCORE Inc. At SCORE Inc., she excels in data entry processing accuracy, credit report disputing, credit report analysis, and leadership.
In December 2014, SCORE Inc. Recognized Victoria as a top producer and visionary. Victoria will be speaking at the Summit about dealing with tax liens on credit reports, and about
dispute filings.
Jasmine Burgos
Jasmine’s presentation on dispute methodology will help you handle your client’s credit repair
needs. Jasmine, was born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut. She moved to San Sebastian, Puerto Rico, in 2006, where she took courses. Jasmine was one of the very first processors at Score.
Recognizing her potential, SCORE’s founder, Joshua Carmona, mentored Jasmine and gave her more skills training. By training new employees including new processors on a daily basis, Jasmine demonstrated her ability to handle more responsibilities. She accepted a position as SCORE’s first Solutions Envoy.
Jasmine has mastered the ins and outs of the credit dispute process and will share her knowledge with you in her Summit presentation.
